Our normal order processing days are Tuesday and Friday with packages going out in the mail Wednesday and Saturday. Every effort is made to ship Express packages on the next business day.
Due to the new Postal rates and regulation changes, we find that we can no longer afford to provide free shipping for backorders. We apologize for the added expense and inconvenience. Items not in stock (1) may be dropped from your order, or (2) the added postage to ship the backordered item may be added to your order, or (3) the item maybe treated as a new order. We will try to contact you to find out your preference, however if we have difficulty reaching you, we will make the most logical decision based on what we know about restocking information rather than delay your order.
